Mary Kull is the new owner of MK Home & Linens, formerly A. HOME, located in the heart of Summit, New Jersey. This store has been a special part of her life for nearly 15 years, during which she had the privilege of  working for the previous owner, Ashley Moos. 

Interacting with customers and forming genuine connections is Mary's greatest passion. Whether it's helping someone find the perfect piece for their home or simply sharing a warm conversation, she finds joy in making others feel welcomed and inspired.  

Outside of the shop, Mary's hobbies include gardening, hiking, attempting golf,  watching sports and spending lots of time with friends and family. Dogs are a huge part of her life, her black lab Cleo is a regular at the store. 

Downtown Summit is a wonderful place to work, and she feels incredibly lucky to be a part of this vibrant and supportive community. Having raised her three daughters in Summit has truly made it a dream come true to own a storefront there. MK Home & Linens feels like a home away from home, and her hope is that everyone who walks through the door feels that same sense of comfort, warmth, and specialized service. 

Christie has worked at the store for over ten years. Having grown up and raised her family in Summit, Christie has a deep connection, love and pride in this community. She has three adult children and a husband, Patrick. She adores helping customers and designers bring beautiful rooms to life - and she delights in finding the perfect gift for any occasion.

She treasures the relationships and friendships she has built through the store, which have become one of the most rewarding parts of her position.

Meredith has been a loyal employee for over 15 years.  She grew up in Summit and lives in town with her husband and three children.  She holds this community dear to her heart. 

When Meredith is not working at MK Linens and Home she is busy with her own thriving interior design business, MG Interiors.  She specializes in residential spaces and that expertise carries over to helping our customers with any of their design and creativity questions while shopping at the store. 

Valeria Hartwyk has been a dedicated member of the team since 2009. Valerie has a deep appreciation for all things decor and interior design.

A former long-time resident of Summit, she understands the value of the small business community which Summit offers.
